**** the meaningless belts, they don't cause any 'dispute', what is undisputable is that Israel Vasquez is the Super-Bantamweight champion of the World.

Juan Manuel Lopez, Celestino Caballero and Rafael Marquez are all very serious contenders.

Johnny Gonzalez, Ponce De Leon and Ricardo Cordoba are all very serious threats to any of those fighters though.

    What a division !

I did not feel like going into all the scenarios and picking a winner. This is a very good post. Who is the king right now? I truly don't know lol...

Yes, I do. Hatton is the known 140 lb champion yet I want to see him fight Holt or Bradley which won't happen. And posters will continue to see Hatton as the best at 140. Same with Vasquez. He fought the smaller Marquez...lost one fight and won the next two. He might be the most proven, but I wouldn't call him the best. Vasquez has earned the right to be called the best, but is he really the best at 122. I don't think so. I have to see it to believe it. Unification is the only route.
