So I watched the first 2 seasons of TUF, and enjoyed it. Really enjoyed Season 1, Season 2 wasn't so good as some of my favourite personalities got knocked out early. Anyway, I won't watch 12 seasons. But I want to watch a few. Which are the best ones to go for, the best coaches and the most entertaining fighters? Cheers. :good :hat
I personally enjoyed TUF5, Team Penn v Team Pulver. A lot of ill feeling and needle between the coaches, and the calibre of fighter was generally high: Nate Diaz, Gray Maynard, Rob Emerson, Cole Millar, Manny Gamburyan, Matt Wiman etc.
down here on cable, they keep showing seasons 2, 3, 11, and of course 12, over and over and over again. i wish they'd let us see some of the other seasons, but for some reason its just these ones getting repeated to ad nauseam.
matt serra was the best coach, pulver was surprisingly good too. you could tell he really did care about his guys
I really liked Nog. Built a great team spirit and was respectful of the other team. Genuinely cared for his guys too
I like the ortiz-shamrock season. Forgot which season it was but i enjoyed that one just cuz they both hated each other. Rampage-evans season was funny as hell just cuz of all the jokes rampage team did on evans
lol that just reminded me of Rampage making fun of one of the kids about how hes fat and got titties. I think he really messed up the kids experience on TUF, but hey! it makes for good TV!! plus it was pretty funny
In terms of the best fights , i think Team USA vs UK has to be ranked the best , these guys really bought into the whole team / country thing and put on some savage fights , it was ****in great to watch . Coaches , i really liked Pulver vs Penn , i think that season sticks out in my mind as the best TUF
