your correct Turkey breast is the best way but most people dont have Turkey in their kitchen so Chicken and fish is the next best thing

The best way to absorb steak really , if you don't want it in your system for a day or two getting ground down and absorbed.. Braise it for a few hours , its is easier absorbed.. (Cook it for a minute or two on each side on a griddle or dry pan, then cover the meat in a small pot with water or vegatable stock for anything up to 3 hours in a pre heated oven on high.. It will just drop to bits by the time you take it from the oven..) Very easy to digest.. Red meat can stay in your system for years .. Its a fact that everone has just under a pound of undigested food for every year of thier life unless you have had a colonic recently.. This way of cooking helps avoid the stress red meat can put on the body through digestion..

Depends what you need it for. David Haye is currently eating a lot of stake to get up to Heavyweight. I read it in a interview, he said he's eating it fairly rare to get all the nutrients out of it.

I am pretty sure the round or rump has the lowest fat ratio.

If that's the case, I'd be in trouble if I was a boxer. Just about the hardest thing for me to resist is a nice, juicy BLOOD RARE steak, still kicking!

yes 4 -8 ounces and just throw it on a foreman grill, and eat lots of fiber and roughage and you'll be fine.

Bison is indeed better than steak, in that it is leaner. Damn delicious, too!
