Which UFC-only fighter would have benefitted most from fighting under PRIDE rules?

By UFC-only, I mean guys who fought in the UFC, but not in Pride.

Who do you think gains the highest extra % in terms of how tough they are to beat?

I'm no expert, but I'm not sure I'd even want to watch a Bones fight where he could soccer kick and stomp a downed opponent.

He'd lose the elbows as well, though, which are a big part of his game.

Anyways, to answer the question, I'd say someone like Cain or JDS, can you imagine the damage either of those guys could've done in some of their fights if they were allowed to kick or knee to the head?

  5. Not much actually, much better kickboxers in the pride days. JDS and Cain would have a very tough time against someone who can actually take and trade punches.

Can't think of any to be honest. Ironically id probably give Brock the best shout simply because of his size speed and strength.

    That's true.

Too much damage for the general public's appetite, I think.
