Assuming Wlad stays in play for 3+ more years. Doesn't get seriously injured. Doesn't get beaten and loses his belts in the near future.

Who of the upcoming fighters is likely to get a shot at him?

Wach is due to soon and Pulev seems a likely 2013 contender. Povetkin surely will at some point have his shot, likely 2013???

If he only has 3 fights i'd say Povetkin, Pulev and Price.

    Wach seems to be signed.

They can make money from Arreola.

At some point, I suppose Povetkin will be forced.

Pulev seems to be the next #1 contender.

If Heleniu comes back, its a natural fight.

Povetkin has until Feb 2013 to fight Wlad or loses his paper belt

Arreola makes sense in the US, would make good money

    Pulev after that

Wlad has 10 or more fights to go so he can go through most or all of them.

Taking into account where they are in their careers and apparent willingness to fight Klychko

    2013

Pulev - if he beats Ustinov

Povetkin - has been saying he wants it recently but him having to fight Volodymyr before March 2012 or lose his belt has much to do with it.

Fury or Helenius - Fury seems likely to be ready before alot of the other prospects since he fights more often, the media's awareness of him and his size will create public demand. Helenius seems willing and with one good win he'll be at the top of the list again

    2014

Price, Szpilka, Abdusalamov, Mitchell, Ortiz, Boytsov, Jennings depending on activity and level of opposition could all make their way to the top of the list if they remain successful and actually desire getting a title shot.

    * Abdusalamov was invited to fight on Vitali's undercard so he's on their radar and fights out of the US so a fight in Russia, Ukraine or NYC might be appealing to Klychko if Mago keeps winning.

    * I suspect Arreola will be gifted a easy vacant WBC title shot with Arreola and the WBC showing no desire to unify after he wins.
