    Neither of them great.

The Hopkins that Jones faced was green and hadnt picked up the attributes that Bernard now posesses.

Hopkins imo should have moved up long before the Taylor fight.

IMO Hopkins at 175 is much better than the Hopkins that faced Jones and Taylor.

I think Hopkins when he fought Jones. Its like when Micheal Jordan came out of retirement to play for the wizards. He wasn't as athletic but compensated with a more trickier game. Though Jordan was still in the top 10 best players at the time he was no longer the best. I think this is the positon Hopkin's is in now.

Hopkins used to have a 75% KO to win ratio, anyone who saw him in the 90s knows he was much better than he is now, he used to really bust people up the Holmes fight along with the Tito and Joppy fights are about the last fights he fought at his best IMO. Now he no longer breaks fighters down, he simply outpoints them.

Definitely the Hopkins that fought RJ. The Hopkins that fought Jones would've probably KOed JT. The Hopkins that fought JT was way too cautious. It's obvious he could've done a lot more if he just came forward more but he didn't.

Perhaps the one Jones faced, imo.

The Hopkins that fought Taylor was struggling to make the weight and as a result couldn't keep a workrate. The Hopkins that fought Jones knocks Taylor out.

    It's that simple.
