    All we can accept is Calzaghe struggled with a past prime Hopkins and got a questionable decision. Calzaghe refused a rematch stating he doesn't do rematches although he had actually done so already in the past.

    My point is solid - although 90% of people state natural weight is the reason Calzaghe-Kessler is better than Hopkins-Trinidad, once questioned it is clear that weight is not the issue. Hearns, like Tito, started at ww and moved up to mw, and had some bad defeats at mw, but look at the poll. The point is solid. Weight is not the key factor which it was presented as. :deal

    That's kind of the point. Two fighters fighting each other at their natural weights does not automatically make it better than one fighter fighting another who has moved up in weight.

    Of course not. Trinidad was expected to dismantle Hopkins and he didn't. That win is actually also better than Calzaghe defeating Kessler.

    It's arguable who had the better mw career between Tito and Hearns.

    Major wins: Sutherland(UD10), DeWitt(UD12), Roldan(KO4)

    Losses: Hagler(TKOby3), Barkley(TKOby3)



    Trinidad

    Major wins: Joppy(TKO5), Cherifi(TKO4), Mayorga(TKOeight)

    Losses: Hopkins(TKOby12), Wright(UD12)




    Did Tommy prove to be a better middleweight than Tito?

    Exactly, all you can accept. But funny how you can accept that it was Ok for Hopkins to duck Calzaghe for years, and now you all have to live with the fact that Calzaghe beat Hopkins scoring the single highest card against Hopkins ever. As for rematches he only did one as he had to to keep his title, but he beat Hopkins so well in his first fight at a new weight in America with 3 American judges and Cortez as ref, when Hopkins was having his best wins of Tarver, Wright and Pavlik, that Calzaghe can sail off as a winner

    we've already covered this and i've already implied in private tell to you tonight why it's so important to you to go on a crusade against fighters who live on the same pile of dirt as you do, especially calzaghe.

    you wanted me to be more specific and i have been - so spit it out.

    you've heard countless times why hopkins didn't "duck" calzaghe - and you're not dumb.

    but you're a married man who takes offense to this, which means you don't believe in yourself in real life.

    i know you've found a niche here on the forum but it's not that important..so why do you do it?

    that was my first question to you....and you understood it
