dlh-mayweather on the basis of how it sold. but tyson, who was the last true ppv kingpin, provided the most excitement for fights
as far as im concerned pac vs mayweather is the only real superfight that will ever happen its allmost like the culmination of over 2 hundred years of glorious history in the sport. because its the first time in history that the two best fighters in the world are in there prime in the same division and are gonna fight each other to see who's the best not only in the world now but in the world over the last decade its truely a one of a kind fight and im honered to be alive now to see it happen
F--- "superfights"! 99% of them suck ass... and create a huge let-down and a mainstream backlash on the sport of boxing.
Well thats true..recent superfights sucked big time: Tito vs DLH Hopkins DLH Tyson - Butfield 1 Tyson - Butfield 2 Floyd - DLH Lewis - Golota ... and the list goes on and on ...
Mayweather vs. Pacquiao could turn out to be the biggest superfight in history given its significance to boxing and globally.
Anyone else think that Pac v Mayweather is gonna be another Floyd snoozefest special?? Still cant wait for it to happen to see who wins though
Lewis vs Vitali . . . 2 fighters in their primes at the same weigh class. :deal Pac vs Floyd is a superfight due to stature . . . a former undefeated P4P rated fighter against the current #1 P4P rated fighter who has won 7 divisional weight Championships . . . but it is on uneven grounds becaue the other one is not a legitimate 147 fighter. :yep
in england i can honestly say hatton vs mayweather was a super fight i remember when the fight was announced, everywhere, when football, cricket or tennis was on they kept talking about it it did like 1.4m buys in england alone. the craze was unreal, never ever seen the country so pumped and talking about boxing, it definitely was bigger than any other fight in terms of hype here
