Which divisions have the most competition historically? Or which divsion requires the most amount of speed, power and other factors blended together perfectly, over the long haul of a career?

It changes over the years, right now I would say around welter-middle

I always thought WW was the ultimate division.

I think its where Power and Speed have the perfect mix.

Lower weight classes, it's harder to stay on top for longer. If you're reflexes and athleticism, speed, things of that sort start slipping, it could be trouble. Heavyweights have a little more longevity. Holyfield may sound like Mushmouth, but he's still able to beat other past-its.

147and 140 at moment IMO. I really depends on what talent is out in the division at the time you are fighting in it. Look at the HW division. back in the day it was tough. Now its weak.

Minimum weight, because even if you are the best, even if you have reigned for years... no one cares.

I always thought it was lightweight as it was always filled with hard as coffin nail mexicans.

    Featherweight for me

There always seems to be that quicker , stronger younger fighter coming through in that division to take out the current champions , its a brutal division

And for me this is what makes Marquez so great , still dominating the LW division at his age having fought and beaten some of the greatest FW's and SFW's of the modern era is an unbeleivable feat
