people go on about his lightweight/ super fether days but he was really drained at the weight in them fights. he looked a beast early on in a fight but we dont know how strong he would be when dragged into a scrap

light welter / welter was probably his strongest weight.

"A scrap" would be the best way to describe the Molina bout...and he very nearly knocked JJ out in the last round of that one.

I reckon 140 would have been...if he had forged more of a career there. I think thats more his natural peak weight.

He was probably best at 140, but his best fights were at 147.

considering he fought at so many weights, he looked shockingly uncomfortable most of the time, except for... 140.

Hard to say he got more refinned/polished as he moved up in weight but had the physical advantages best at 140, although I think he got his man strength at 147, that's where his prime was. Technically he got a better after Mosley 1 but wasn't as physically impressive and not imposing at 154

He was sensational at 140 and left far too soon.

His toughest/biggest challenges were in the higher weight classes, but I actually think Oscar was at his best at 135 and 140. At those weights, he was really really strong and fast and seemed to even keep a better pace.
