both beat faded fighters, though both opponents were still top 10 P4P.

I think Hatton vs Tszyu was the better win. Tszyu was expected to blow Ricky away. I also think mad ahtter peaked that night, and the fight took alot out of him(did you see his face?)

Calzaghe won the decision vs B-Hop in his greatest ever test (1st ever P4P guy he ever faced), but many thought he lost also.

I think both results would have been reversed if the guys mentioned above were in their peaks.

Still great nights for British boxing.

    Joe Calzaghe

Didn't need the help of Dave Parris. Infact, everything was against him, including the ref and judges

Calzaghe's win was better. Hopkins has the perfect style to defeat Calzaghe, and was beat in his own back yard.

I thought that Tszyu would have beaten Hatton on neutral ground, even on that night.

Hattons win was more of a surprise. I knew Calzaghe would beat Hopkins.

Joe Calzaghe's win of course, the Hatton fight was a disgrace to boxing.

I really think this isnt a debate, Hatton's win by far.

Calzaghe's win against Hopkins means close to nothing to me. EVERY single casual fan that saw that fight talked negatively about both fighters afterwards.

Perfect style? Old and fatigued....is that the style you're talking about?

Roy Jones Jr has the perfect style to beat Calzaghe.

Why do I see every single post of yours as a lame attempt to knock european boxers? I know that you claim to be european but your threads always suck.

I agree his low blow was a bad one, but he didnt have a point docked as it was in responce to the two bad ones he had already taken. Ref has to do the same for both sides.

    Hatton,

Tzyu was a very very heavy favorite 3-1 or 4-1 depending on where you were betting. Tzyu was much closer to his prime than B-hop and hatton ended with the KO.
