Which win would do more for Floyd's resume and legacy ? Pac or Sergio ?

Pac is the fight everyone wants to see.

But, objectively, when all the Floydiots and *******s are in wheel chairs or worm food, and Suzie Q's grandson is posting in the classic and scouring Boxrec, which win would be the more impressive for Floyd ?
Pac began at 112 and even fully grown, campaigned at i22 and 126. Floyd, who began at 130, is expected to beat him and is a slight favourite here, even in the eyes of most realistic Pacfans. (Apparently not in the inner recesses of Floyd's own mind , though)

So while a Floyd win would be great for his resume and settle a lot of debate on here over the past while, it would rank as expected.

Martinez is the MW champion of the world, having easily destroyed Pavlik, and having in many observers' opinion, beaten or drawn with Williams.

He's an elite MW, and if Floyd can beat him at 160, it extends the range of Floyd's title reigns from 130 to 160.

So which win would enhance Floyd's standing more.

(BTW, I always thought that Floyd could beat Pavlik (a 50/50, IMO, with slight edge to Floyd.)

I'm much less sure he could beat Martinez).

    Pac no brainer...

at the end of the day pac is miles ahead in ATG ranking over martinez. Sure it would look good winning titles from 130 to 160 but a pac win will be more impressive than a martinez win.

Pac ,clearly. He's an ATG in his prime. Sergio is a solid fighter but he hasn't proved to be anything particurally special at this point. I wouldn't even favor him to beat Floyd. He's not on the same level, imo.

I think Sergio for the reasons you stated above I think even if Floyd was to beat Pac it wouldn't be long before he was to big calls started coming out. Ideally he would fight both and I see no reason why he couldn't time wise but as always time will tell

Sergio is not a HoFer yet let alone an ATG. The other guy is though.

sergio. sure his name is not as big as pacs but pac is not even a legit welter. floyd is suppose to beat pac but he should not beat a guy who can fight at middle weight.

Yes but sometimes a ATG/HOF can get his ass kicked from a guy two divisions up which makes him a harder opponent.

Do you think Pac beats Martinez at MW/160?

    I don't.

But in the end, going by how most be judge this since they won't dive deep into a discussion and like pretty little shiny things....Pac is bigger for Floyd's legacy but Sergio is the tougher opponent to beat which should actually be the bigger boost in legacy over name/status.

The advantage of fighting and possibly beating Sergio is that Floyd would be fighting for the MW title. Even though Floyd didn't want the WW title, I figure that is because he already had it before but a MW Title? That's new pie.

Martinez, Sergio is the middleweight king and a victory over him would make him a king in 3 of the original 8 weight classes. though either guy would be discounted by haters, Sergio would be too old and Pacquiao would be too small, unfocused, and coming off his death bed.

Pac. Even though I think Sergio is almost as dangerous, his resume isn't as good as Pacmans, but maybe in time it will be.

Two ATGs in a similar weight class at the same time? Give me some of the crack you are on.
