The champion makes the title, not the other way around. All the bodies are as corrupt as each other anyway,so the answer is 'None of the above'

id personally say ibf bcoz they stripped taylor for having the gaul to give hopkins an immediate rematch after hopkins had held there belt for 10years!,they stripped hatton for taking a big fight against castillo rather than a pointless minor mandatory against n'dou&by stripping calzaghe last year made themselves the only major title not represented in last weeks unification megafight against kessler.but i do agree their all corrupt&the fighter does make the title not vice versa.

Ring. It was something important but now it's a joke. It is only the "HBO" - "Showtime" - US channels belt. They don't know anything about good boxers outside the US
For example Calzaghe. He had been given this belt after Lacy but he had been the man of the division for ages... Ring Magazine is vastly responsible for the lack of knowledge about foreign boxers.
Mormeck about the Ring belt "I don't have to pay for this belt so why not ? But it means nothing. They can say I am the champion but other guys in my division have major belts so I can't feel undisputed. The only way to be the man is to collect all the belts." Sad for him he was true... He was KOed by Bell after this interview...
Imo Mormeck is right. The Ring ranking is just another ranking system. There is corruption etc. but the truth is in the ring and the ABC belts are still the best way to become the man. Obtain a major belt then clean up you division : never defend against a bum and challenge the other titleholders.

WBA should take the cake. Any one who wants to milk as much money as they can has no credibility. When has a "super champion" has another champion beneath him?

At least the WBC has adopted sevral rules concerning fighters safety.

Problem with Mormeck comments among all other things is that there always will be associations who will create vacancies to make more money out of it, just think about the superchampion bull****. So the unifying bull**** becomes a unrealizable quest.

The fact of the matter, that there is no real incentive for Euro fighters to go to the States and vice-versa. It is really a case of two sollitudes.

It's that worthless biased magazine belt for me. Anybody who crowns Hopkins the LHW champ for beating Tarver doesn't have an inch of credibility.

How so? Tarver beat Jones for that belt, and so was THE man at the weight.
