    Starting off with one or the other: glass heart. As mentioned, it can be overcome.

    All through the career: glass jaw. You can hide a glass jaw with a good defence and there's no shame in being a warrior with a poor jaw like Bruno (it makes for exciting fights!) but a glass heart is always exposed and a coward dies a thousand deaths.

    A tough fight can be won with a glass jaw. A tough fight cannot be won with a glass heart, by definition.

    The worst is a glass ribcage. You can't get to the top if you can't take it to the body, and if you end up in a division where you can't handle bodyshots, forget it. Just look at De La Hoya vs. B-Hop.

    A glass brain is also a problem, but Tyson and Golota have proven you can go far with one.

    But glass stays glass usuaully, e.g. floyd patterson and terry norris.

    maybe a glass heart you could be so good you dont face adversity and thus having and iron chin cant get fluked in the 11th or 12th in a fight your winning

    plus a glass jaw can let down and iron heart
