Thurman has no chance, he has power but he doesn't have a hope of landing. Floyd potshots him to death.

Porter has the best chance out of the lot by far.

what chance does porter stand? Look at his opponents record, would floyd struggle with diaz for instance?

TBF he dealt with Diaz easily in the rematch.

He doesn't stand much of a chance at all, though imo he's better than Thurman and Brook. His strong pressuring style gives him the best chance.... even if that chance is still virtually nill.

None on that list I may be shot down here but Pac and Bradley aside Amir Khan has the best shot of causing Floyd problems the 3 listed in the poll are not fast enough and not skilled enough.

Thurman would beat Porter and lose to Mayweather.
    Porter would beat Mayweather.

Reason: Thurman needs to outbox his opponents to set them up for the power. He is a thinking fighter and rarely just goes in to blast a guy out. Porter is a swarmer who goes through punches that he doesn't have to respect.

Thurman would look like Alvarez vs. Floyd right now because he wouldn't be able to outbox Floyd. Porter would look like a much bigger and faster Hatton vs. Floyd, minus the Cortez interference. And Thurman would outbox Porter because Porter wouldn't be able to just jump on him.

Huge Porter fan, but he's essentially a black version of Provodikov without the granite chin to pull him through exchanges.

He did very well vs Alexander, but didnt exactly dominate that fight.

Floyd is 3X better than Alexander.

Porter is about on par with Madaina and Mathyssee irt being able to dethrone Roid Mayflower.

Thurman, in spite of his chin deficiency, has the multiple tools to get it done vs Roid.:hammertime

F*** off with hungry lions. dat doesn't mean **** concerning some individuals. Normally it is up to who wants it the most but that is when things are kinda balanced. Let's face it, Floyd at this stage is not balanced with Porter just cause Porter did a job on Paulie and took the belt from Devon, BS with that. I'm not even gonna comment on Thurman and Brook being a challenge for Floyd or else this would become Mayweather World Circus with Big L and Papa Floyd throwing bananas at the public. The only guys who can compete with Floyd at this point are Manny at 147 and Sergio at a catchweight 154-160.

I kind of agree with this. I still think Thurman is the better fighter but style wise, Thurman would probably try to box him like Canelo did. You can't outbox Floyd. Your only chance is to go after him and pressure him. Porter does that probably better than Thurman. But i think Porter really has little chance because Floyd would pick him apart. So while i agree with your statement, i still think Thurman has the better chance because he is the fighter fighter and i don't think we have seen the best of him yet. For instance, we don't know how good he is at pressuring guys cause he really hasn't had to do that yet as the KOs have just come within the flow of the fight.
