Froch just made $13.5M fighting George Groves while Groves made $3M fighting Froch.

Just pointing out that I find it ridiculous. What's missing in the American boxing scene?

Maidana just made $1.5M to compensate for Mayweather's $32M guarantee and giving Broner $1.5M for a tuneup. Pac's opponents get more from $3M -$6M each.

Cos FLoyd lowballs everyone he negotiates with. And when he tries to do it to Pac and Pac hangs up on him as he should, *****s call it ducking.

After that flop, he got 0. And his % of the PPV was probably like 10% to begin with.

yer an idiot....lets try to explain something to your feeble mind.....first things first.....whenver you "negotiate"....you never come with your best offer first.....have you ever seen people bid on real estate/property? you never give your best offer first......you "negotiate" and haggle....do you go into a car dealership and say "i want that ill give you sticker price".....thats just dumb....

pac said he was willing to take less than 50/50 to make it happen....and at the point floyd offered 40 mil he wasnt in line for 50/50 and he still isnt.....less we forget that pac already walked away from a 50/50 deal over a drug test......when pac was offered 40 mil part of the deal was also that bob arum would be paid a step aside fee...likely in the range of 10-15 mil to step aside....that is arums money....and pac would owe arum none of his money....so thats 50-55 mil going out to pacs side.....which at the end of the day is somewhere around a 60-40 type of split most likely

dont listen to people and there ridic claims that, in that kind of deal, floyd would be walking away with 200 mil dollars and just a measly 40 for pac......thats just ridiculous.....completely false........

and to top it off....pac had said hed be willing to take less before floyd called right? so when floyd calls him he hangs up and says "50/50 or nothing"....which completely goes against those claims....the least pac could have done had he wanted the fight? he could have tried to negotiate....but he didnt...he hung up after screaming 50/50....didnt even try to work on anything.....pac could have said "ill take that 40 mil....but if the fight does certain numbers/revenue goals i want kickbacks"......but he just hung the fuk up

when floyd fought canelo....there was some 90 mil in revenue to be split between the fighters....that fight did 2.2-2.4 mil buys.........imagine thats what floyd/pac did? so theres 45 mil to split between both guys on a 50/50 deal........floyd/pac would do more.....but not anything over the moon......think about that for a few minutes

2 million dollars for a fight is not a bad money. The cases for an absolute underdog earning that much are very rare. Other than Klitschko, Mayweather and Pacquiao, I don't think that any boxer provides his (lesser) opponents with such a good payday.

Talk at the time was that Pac/Floyd could easily do 150M-200M total. 40M would be something like 75/25 or 80/20.

Anyway the point is it's funny that people act like a Floyd fight is some kind of jackpot.

Well if you think the flat fee offer of $40M w/out PPV cut is generous enough, why did Mayweather rejected the $50M counter-offer from Arum under the same terms?

Cuz he's worth more and he's proven it. Almost $80M against Canelo. $50M is ridiculous for a fight that would be close to Canelo in revenue. Pac hasn't reached closed to $40M. FACT!

    Pac is simply ducking.

And Mayweather magically knew that he would fight Canelo in the future. :patsch
Ok past forward even further into the Maidana and Bradley fights, Mayweather had 800k PPV*buys same as Pac but Mayweather got help from Khan, Broner and Collazo's name. Meanwhile, Pac basically carried the whole card by himself. Mayweather is not the bigger draw that he think he is by himself alone.

Do you know more than Bob Arum? He says undercard doesn't matter :rofl Pac carried what? He had the national hero of China on his undercard and couldn't generate 400K PPV. Did you see the crowd for his fight there? NO. That's less than a few hours flight from the Phils :patsch
