By now lve watched the fight 6 different times .

Every single time I come out with the same exact score .

115-112 .

It never changes . it was that bad .

I'm about to grub down on some breakfast , then after that ima watch it 1 last time .

 

Personally I think it's funny! Months of Ward bashing, diminishing the man and not giving credit to any of his significant wins in his pro career and then, Ward gets the decision! That's a whole lot of crow to be eating! You must realize their mentality going into this fight! These are the same people that said Ward wouldn't sign to fight Kovalev. Once the fight got signed, they said Ward would find a way out. Once it started to look like the fight was going to happen, they started with all the Wards a dirty cheat and pays the judges, refs and the HBO is biased nonsense! Now that Ward won the fight, at least on the cards, they will not give any credit to the man. Don't show any respect or admit they were wrong about Ward, even if they disagree with the decision. These people show low character and little integrity!

 

Triple G on his very best day will still not come anywhere close to defeating Ward .

This thread is nothing but an opportunity for all of Wards mascots to congregate together and unite in their ignorance towards a decision that has tarnished boxing as a whole.

 

I had it a draw leaning to Kovalev coz he's the champ but when your an objective fan you understand that in close fights either fighters can come away with decision just like Thurman-Porter fight

 

lol those kinda guys are probs already GGG fan boys who supported Kovalev coz he was facing Ward=the only guy GGG is perceived to have ducked.

Speaking for myself & most of the boxing fraternity we know Sergey Kovalev was robbed of his titles

That fact that you believe the decision "tarnished" boxing, further exemplifies your own ignorance of the sweet science! You Kovalev fans call the decision a robbery, when in actuality, it was a very close fight that ended with Ward getting the victory! the majority of the Kovalev fans(Ward haters) picked Kovalev by brutal knockout, once again Ward proved you guys wrong! Now you guys want a rematch in which you claim, this time Kovalev is really gonna sock it that dirty cheat ward! LOL If Kovalev could've knocked Ward out he would've knocked Ward out! He didn't and he paid the price with his record being tarnished! If you guys stop and think about it, Kovalev is slipping! in his last 4 fights he could not knock out a journey man in Chilemba, an ancient warrior in Hopkins and a glassed jawed cheat in Ward! I don't know, maybe the step up in competition is showing what Kovalev is really made of! Looks great against second tier op but, struggles to look great against opponents with equal skills. I'm gonna keep an eye on this Kovalev fellow!

 

People are still butt hurt that Ward got outboxed, so they try to convince themselves that the decision was justified by looking at the fight in slow motion, from an angle etc multiple times until they finally see what 80 percent of the unbiased human race saw, Kovalev beating up your boy.

In no way was Sergey Kovalev tarnished by that decision. He had the deck stacked Mayweather Style against him. yet he STILL pulled out a victory in the vast majority of boxing opinions. He didn't get the close decision he deserved which was no real surprise to anyone was it
