Sunday 27th june: 10am: 40mins cross trainer (level 16 random program) 20mins bike crunches,situps,200 total 8pm: 6 miles roadwork, 6x100m sprints
Monday 28th june: 3x2mins shadow boxing 10x2mins heavy bag 2mins skipping 2x2mins maize bag 30 minutes cross trainer (level 16 random program)
Check the internet for white collar clubs in your area, I know the trainer at my club because we boxed at the same amateur club so thats how I got into it. Some people just box for themselves and not for a club but you need to contact a club to get matched on their show. The best thing to do would be to find the clubs in your area and go along and train, then decide which one is best.

Friday 2nd july: 40mins crosstrainer ( level 16 random program ) 21mins bike At the end of April I was weighing 175lbs,79.5kg. Im now 160lbs,73kg

Thursday 8th july: 5x2mins shadow boxing 5x2mins heavy bag 2x2mins situps 2mins leg raises Everything was done at an easy pace today as Im fighting Saturday night, I feel pretty fit so hopefully it will go well.
