Does anyone know why this hasn't been confirmed yet? Do Whittaker and Ben Shalom really think they can get away with swerving it? If Whittaker really suffered a once in a life time injury why hasn't he put the record straight immediately? Good luck to the Boxxer PR team selling Ben if this fight doesn't happen.
Apparently Ben's matched Frank's offer to Cameron so let's see what happens now They clearly just want to take Boxxers biggest star and put him on another platform, win or lose Ben ain't having it
Frank is just trying to embarrass Shalom on this occasion. I would imagine it gets agreed to go ahead on a Boxxer/Sky show or perhaps they stick it on the Eubank/Benn undercard.
I actually think Warren is being the twat here which isn’t surprising, Shalom has matched Queensbury’s offer so we’ll se what happens but if this fight doesn’t go ahead because of promoter squabbling then it’s at the detriment of Liam Cameron because where else does he go.
Don't want to completely write off Whittaker yet, but he just didn't like getting punched back. And there'll be plenty of that to come. Get the rematch on.
I agree here. Ben wants it on one of his cards, Frank wants it on one of his. Tiresome and given Frank's willingness to send legal letters, it's quite nice to see Ben give him a taste of his own medicine - but completely agree with you, it's Liam Cameron who has most to lose here if they don't get it done. I assume at this stage it'll end up on either a Saudi show, or the Benn-Eubank Ring-backed show.
Liam has let himself become a middle man in Frank's beef with Ben Not his fault really but Frank is only using him to get at Boxxer
Frank is one of the biggest scumbags in boxing, Don King levels of scum. As much as Eddie Hearn can be a tosser I can’t recall any fighters not being paid properly by him or being issued countless lawsuits.
man’s who wins the court cases? If Frank Warren has a right to sue then why wouldn’t he? Bit of a weird comment mate since Frank Warren has done more for British boxing than anyone in its history
