    With Oleksandr’s recent WBSS tournament win in the impressive fashion that he did it, it begs the question... who’s tourney run was more impressive and crowd pleasing? Usyk fighting away from home without any type of home cooking while beating everyone with the rules of boxing or Wards??

    Usyk. Hands down! He fought every fight in the other guys backyard and had no problems doing it. How many times did Ward do that??

    Briedis and Gassiev will be Hall Of Famers. Huck will definitely be one. And they were all beaten within the rules without being fouled once. Did Ward do that?? Also, how many wins of Wards were outside the US again??? How about outside his backyard in Oakland??

    That’s speculative. Kessler was a known quantity and those guys will not exceed Froch’s resume. Ward was given 1:6 odds of winning the tournament.

    What does this have to do with anything? The US is the mecca of boxing 90% of the time you get more money fighting here. No need for you to go anywhere else, if you already live here. Usyk is from the Ukraine again big difference Wlad and Vitali and Loma are from the Ukraine and they never really fought there. They fought in Germany and in the US and not in the Ukraine because of money, it's irrelevant that Ward fought in the US for his career.:deal:

    What does winning a tournament in the other guys backyards have to do with anything?? Uhhh It makes the accomplishment more impressive for one. Also you don’t have hometown judges or other ‘entities’ around them as an influence. Kinda like Ward had in his two most recent fights. You really need me to explain that?!

    PBF didn't travel either lots of fighters didn't. The fact is Ward is American he didn't need to travel in order to get big fights, call it unfair if you want to. I didn't write the rules I'm just telling you how it is.

    Usyk has had a great run and still isn't finished he can still add Bellew and possibly Joshua Fury or Wilder then he would surpass Ward but as of right now I pick Ward.
