I'm sorry but theres no clear distinction you can make between Hameds, Benns and Hattons wins that puts enough daylight inbetween them to fit in Calzaghes win against Hopkins.

"Proven experience" is the key for Hamed yet Benn beats Barkey and DeWitt and Hatton beats JLC and Maussa?

You're making this **** up as you go along. Just put Calzaghe first, at least your argument will have a bit of logic to it.

I genuinely have Hatton very close to first (I think Benns DeWitt win is overated) but I gave it to Hamed rather than get accused of nuthuggery!!

I was only meaning from the ones listed above (Hamed, Hatton, Calzaghe, Benn).

Honeyghan's is probally the best win for a Brit ever.

    Ever the diplomat!

    Don't do it, honestly.

You can't put these guys Malignaggi and Urango right up there, you are making these guys superstars. Malignaggi was the first boxer to wear hair braided wig in the ring and is looking progressively worse in his career. What if Urango gets blasted next week in only his second fight at world level? Past it Castillo can only carry so many passengers on his back. Please don't tell me getting beat up by Pac and Mayweather adds to the achievement, taking part does not count!

Don't put words in my mouth, I'm not making them superstars, but they are world class boxers (and I havn't even mentioned Pac and Mayweather:huh).

Hamed, Hatton and Benn have a series of wins over a number of years, winning and defending titles, against this level of opposition and thats a damn site better than one SD against Hopkins in my book.

Even as it stands Hattons Urango win is better than Hameds Sanchez win, looking back Soto was just as past it as JLC was. Is Hameds Kelly win any better than Hatton beating Collazo at welterweight?

Well duh. Kelly at this point looks to have had a far better career than Collazo, even though I'm pretty sure Luis Collazo has been a very unlucky man.

Apart from names on paper that has to be put into context too. Hamed won an exciting fight by convincing KO and Hatton eeked over the finishing line on an increasingly difficult night. To me he was quite fortunate that the forces were moving behind him as a fighter rather than the unfashionable Collazo or the result could be reversed. Collazo's suffered that fate twice now, he should have at least had one W coming out of those fights.

Oh, "convincing KOs" are the new criteria?? No wonder you dismiss Benns KO1 over Barkley but have Calzaghes SD win over Hopkins rated so highly!!!:patsch;)

According to you Kevin Kelly and Collazo are the same, so how else are we supposed to split these godly victories?

I think HOYA might have to take you to task on that one as far as I can see Collazo actually hasn't done anything except pick up a paper belt against I don't know who and to paraphrase a British heavyweight, I mean him no disrespect.

Although that could be different...but then again he couldn't be in Hatton's list of achivements! :p

Again putting words in my mouth. I didn't say either win, Kelly or Collazo, was exceptional. Just they are comparable. You don't HAVE to feel obliged to split them for the sake of arguing with me.....;)

You asked them question. I have split them I'm afraid. Kelly is above Collazo on resume. And Hamed's performance was superior too. Case closed on that one.

I feel bad for Collazo though. Getting the rough end of close fights twice against poster boys on each side of the atlantic. This guy could knock out his brother and his family would DQ him and award his sibling the fight.
