Who actually thinks Danny Garcia will ever become a p4p fighter?

yeah, but matthysse was robbed in those fights and danny was shook when he knocked out peterson...and he was supposed to duck matthysse.

 

klit has no business on any p4p lists. he's a heavyweight and anyone who would put him on there doesn't understand the concept of p4p.

i would question any list that doesn't include bhop. he's the epitomy of p4p.

rigondeaux definitely deserves mention as well. ppl had donaire as high as number 2 and rigondeaux made him look like an amateur.

this isn't a popularity contest either. get canelo off that list.

Actually it was a good win. He was not being called a fraud or overrated. On the contrary. When Danny fought him, this is what people were saying about Lucas:

"Iguana eating bad ass"

"Danny was going to die in the ring"

"Angel was going to live the arena crying"

Blah, blah, blah...so after all the hype Lucas got, I think it was a great win. Get over it already.

 

Danny Garcia was at worst one of the top "honorable mentions" for every respectable P4P top 10 after he dropped and won a clear decision over Matthysse when Matthysse was on top of the world and viewed by most fans as nearly unstoppable at JWW.

Most fighters will get "outboxed" by Amir Khan. The results of the fight are what counts and he KO'd Khan in 4.


Amir Khan has elite ability in the ring. He is an offensive juggernaut, but his issues are mental and defensive. He trades and gets KO'd when he doesn't see the punches come.

The boggest Puncher he faced was Maidana and Maidana could not put him down. Maidana hurt him, but he saw the punches. he never saw the Prescott shot or Garcia shot.

 

I thought they were close, had Matthysse winning by a point in both.
