All three goldenboys ...Delahoya always fought the best win or lose
Hopkins fights the best..nobody expected him to fight Pavlik who was feared at the time
Shane Mosely always fights the best as well

Jermain Taylor; with the exception of Ouma and Spinks his resume is impressive. Even with Ouma and Spinks you can still say his last 9 fights were with current of recent world titlists.

    Winky Wright; very impressive opposition.

The most obvious example is Wlad Klitschko. He fights or agrees to fight anyone who challenge him or appear the most serious threat. I thought he was nuts fighting Peter back in the day but he beat that ass. He's fought top contender after top contender ever since and agreed to fight Haye who didn't deserve the shot. Haye backs out and Wlad agrees to fight the number 3 consensus top heavy and Valuev conqueror Chagaev for the coveted Ring belt and wipes the floor with him. He has singlehandedly decimated the heavyweight division and only his older brother can give him any challenge at all.
