    I beat (2) future-to-be Heavyweight Champions.
And, I knocked one of them out twice.

Also, I fought '5' fighters who were involved with Heavyweight Title fights,
    '3' of whom became Champions.

And not only did I beat 3 of the 5, I knocked them out.

And I never got 'one ounce of respect'

    Who Am I ?

I can't make all the clues quite fit, but I've got to go with Duane Bobick. His brother Rodney beat Mike Weaver... Duane KO'd Weaver as a pro and won a decision over him as an amateur... Duane won a DQ over Holmes as an amateur... He has KOs over Wepner and LeDoux... The Norton and Tate fights were title eliminators...

The amateur stuff stumped me; not my field of expertise at all. Props to Wikipedia.
