    If you go by th Ring Record Book Mysterious Billy Smith did it on October 3rd and October 7th of 1898 against Jim Judge and Charley McKeever.

    Henry Armstrong also did it on Octobere 9th and October 13th of 1939 and again on October 20th and October 24th of 1939, and they are also listed in BoxRec.
