WHO AM I? XX I never won a World Title and I never got the chance to win one; As a fighter I was tough and I really looked as such outside of the ring; During my career I fought in the U.S.A. and in Australia; I beaten 8 Champions of the World and 6 Hall of Famers; In 1935 alone I faced and beat 3 Legends; I was not a member of the Murederes Row, off course, but I never had any problem in facing them; In total, I had 16 fights against Champions and 14 against Hall of Famers; Al Weill was my manager; I also beaten tough fighters such as Harry Dublinsky, Ralph Zannelli and Stanislaus Loayza; I was born in the state of New Jersey, U.S.A. in a town that took it's name from a beautiful town in South of France, located in the Department of Pyrénées- Atlantiques; Who am I?
