I thought it was just a youtube channel by a company who then paid guys like Malignaggi, Algeri and Tarver to talk on it. Now it's a whole boxing promoter? Who owns it?
They're sort of an all-in-one, yeah...channel, promoter and pundits. Been around for a few years. They put on moderately good shows.
I saw that they had fights scheduled for this weekend or next weekend and looked into it. Free app on roku also has commentary shows
