ahh a forgot all about hopkins there i have changed it!

n Valuev is in there because of a 46 winning streak and a follow of impressive KOs , Valuev is so underrated as a boxer he uses his size to alot of his advantage he really is a athlete in the ring, he deserved to of won that fight with Ruslan Chagaev and he won a points decision against an impressive undefeated jean francis bergeron! n i never added Chargrev in becuase a win over matt skelton is not really a credible win! and i belive he hasnt accomplished much were as valuev has had again a impressive record with some good kos in there!

it pound for pound, meaning that size should not play a part in it.

There is no way Hatton is number 2.
He wasnt even top 5 before he fought Mayweather and he got completely dominated. How could he go up after losing.

i did not mention his size! i said he uses his size in his fights as way of dominating the ring! i put him in the top 25 becuase i belive he is one of the best out there!

He also had a terrific record and just won a unanomis points decison over undefeated jean francis bergeron

Well you did mention his size, just read the post?.

Anyway, so you are saying that if Valuev was not so big he'd still have the winning streak and would still be as good? I sure don't think so.

ofcourse he wouldnt be! but saying if Valuev wasnt so big then he wouldnt be so good is quite similar to these!

if you take away joe calzaghes work rate would he be still good?

if you took away flyod mayweathers jab would he still be good?

if you took away kelly pavliks power would he still be good?

its quite crazy to contridict something which you have already mentioned becuase he does have size! while were on the subject of what if how bout these

    what if ricky beat mayweather
    what if Tyson wasnt born
what if hitler ruled the world
what if a great boxing trainer trained screech of saved by the bell!

It is just nothing like it. It's pound for pound man! A jab is a jab.

Sure if he used his size to the fullest of his advantage and beat the opponents, he deserves it. But then why is Chagaev not there? He outboxed Valuev, who had the favour in size, weight, reach and experience. If he had beaten Chagaev, then yeah sure, because that would be using the size accordingly, but he did not?

he does not deserve to be there a win over matt skeleton doesnt clarify to be in the top 25!Valuev had a teriific record of 46 wins unbeaten n he just won a great fight over jean bergeron who was a good fighter but valuev dominated him! which for me clariffys to be in my top twenty! im sorry if ya dont agree with me!

Because if people don't post their own list, they end up just criticising the first couple of lists...pointless...when they could just say: here's what I think - here's my list:good

Bute just missing? Who has he beaten to get into the top 50, let alone 25-30? Apart from that, good list.
