    Ortiz belongs on the list, too.

    But Chisora has been the most significant at heavy for years, and gives many a good fighter a tough night.

    Any top 10 he fights he loses. Ive never seen ANYTHING from Parker to suggest he is a contender

    At heavyweight there are unfortunately too many of the opposite. Fighters being dodged, that's why it's so inactive
