    Mitch was a former street gang leader and according to boxing legend, a character in the film The Warriors was based on him.
    Actor Michael Jace portrayed Mitch in the 1995 HBO film Tyson.
    In October of 1997, Mitch won a lawsuit against Mike Tyson in which he was awarded $45,000.
    Mitch has never been knocked down during his professional career.
    and had a bareknuckle fight with tyson

    loads to work with there

    And of course there's Mitch's great driving abilities and being such a law-abiting citizen.

    They could make a flick about him.

    Nutcase= good movie material.

    Aaron Pryor
    Harry Greb starring Leonardo Dicaprio would be great.
    Duran/SRL/Hagler/Hearns entwined stories would make a great movie.
    Anthony Mundine is also an interesting story to be told.

    Max Schmeling. His bouts vs Louis, being (reluctantly) the poster boy for Nazi Germany, his activities in WWII and Jewish sympathies, his rise in the corporate world and later paying to help give his old rival a grand send-off would make a great biopic.

    What character would that be? The leader of the Warriors? I am not thinking about Swan. Nonetheless, Mitch Green must have been famous gang leader, because he made pro debut 2 years after the movie was made, so it can't be boxing related.

    Max Schmelling seems like the most heroic and compassionate one out of the ones I can think of.

    I think they actually made a movie about the Ed Wood of boxing, Bruce "The Mouse" Strausse.

    There is already a TV movie about schmelling,and his friendship with joe louis,i believe it was called "joe and max",i posted about it three weeks back,as it was on uk daytime tv,and was really good,showed max to be a nice man,and no nazis.
