Ceferino Garcia - had a combined 3 wins over hofers (Apostoli & Lloyd Marshall x2) + an official draw w/ Armstrong.

back when the Hall seemingly had a higher standard for induction, I would've understood why he hadn't gotten in. but by now there are definitely worse/ less accomplished fighters that have been inducted.

 

Betulio Gonzalez, who is arguably the best boxer to come out of Venezuela.

Gilberto Roman, who is also arguably the best Super Flyweight of all time.

Lionel Rose is Top 5 greatest Australian boxer

Chris John the best boxer to come out of Indonesia.

 

Joe Goddard cut a wide swath through the Australian heavyweight scene, including putting a peak version of the great Peter Jackson on the canvas twice, KO'ing Denver Ed Smith for what was claimed to be the heavyweight championship KO'ing Joe Choynski twice and Peter Maher once.

Simple fix for this is to elect the oldy section of the Aussy HOF to the IBHOF as a block. That section is at least comparable in quality to its IBHOF counterpart.

The oldest 2 sections of the Australian boxing HOF are of signifigantly greater quality then the rest of the Australian Hall.

Jokes aside,he deserved to be in really,all that long reign,no ducking B's except from some a bit of poor management hindering him from bigger name matchups...what do you need more from him?

 

My boy Johnny Bratton,despite falling short vs Gavilan and Williams,he still beat a plentiful of great contenders of his era and managed to rack up a decent numbers if defenses during his short reign.

Then Sot Chitalada,resume was thick enough to enter IBHOF and his reign wasn't so bad too,I suspect the washed up Chang win still has some value as he's quite game.
