Who are some of the most Over ranked Fighters in the last 20 years?

By this i mean they are so overly ranked at this point in there career, that everyone wants a piece of them, as a win would be relatively easy, and would also do wonders for your career.

    Examples for me are:
Bernard Hopkins Now - Every light heavy wants to fight him, and for good reason, guy is still ranked highly despite being easy pickings.

Shane Mosley - After Margo, impressive win, but number 3 P4P. Come on! This guy was rediculously over ranked.

Ricky Hatton on 2007 - P4P ranked, with just one decent win over an old Kosta

Floyd Mayweather now - I could be wrong about this one, but this guy is perfect for the picking, as much as Hagler was at the end of his career. Still ranked number one, but more for past achievements than actual current ability Definetly slowing down.

Any more you can thing of, normally due to being overhyped, or just past there best but ranked highly due to past accomplishments.

Who was better than Hatton at LWW at that time ? He beat the main man at the weight. There's a myth that Tszyu was done then ,no one seems to remember him looking solid when knocking Mitchell out 6 months earlier. He was by far the favourite on the night. Good win for me. And what do you mean he'd only had one good win, is that a joke ?

In every single one of the examples you cited, the ratings were pretty much justified.

There's no argument for rating anybody above Hopkins at Light-Heavyweigt, outside of Dawson. I mean who should take his #2 spot? Tavoris Cloud? Nathan Cheverly? JEAN PASCAL. LMAO.

And who was supposed to be rated above Mosley p4p in 2009? Marquez? Hopkins?

Hatton defeated Tszyu and immediately took his place on the p4p rankings in the top 5. But then slowly slid down to the end of the list over time.

But how about b-o-x-i-n-g-scene rating Andre Ward p4p #1 for being dominant over abunch of robotic, minimally skilled Eurobums & a clearly weight drained Dawson.
