Calzaghe and Jones were the fastest at 168-175 during that period and Jones was the fastest at 160. Nobody really comes close to those two at 168-175 and Jones was far quicker than anybody at 160 from `98 onwards.

Yup, clearly too, though i was playing with the idea of Chad Dawson above an older Roid Jones, but gave Roid the nod because he's the overall fastest dude i have ever seen from 160-175.

The thread is about pure speed. Plant has more handspeed than Calzaghe.

    James Degale

Benavidez is slow of foot and only throws short hooks inside. Plant has a full arsenal of hooks, straights, uppercuts, double up and triple up on same hand.

I've never heard anyone besides Serge a huge Benavidez fan say hes faster than Plant.

    Plant is lightening.

Equal counter punch speed, Calzaghe`s counters came straight after his opponent punched, quick as a flash.

The thread is about pure handspeed. Nothing else, just purely who is the fastest. Plant is faster than anyone except Roy Jones and far faster than Calzaghe. Look at how damn fast his hands are here. Triple up on the left and it's still fast.

His reflexes and combos are sick.
