    Plant is fast for sure, but I gotta side with the @Serge dawg on this ona and back Benavidez. They are both blazing.

    Benavidez is a fat man. He has extra useless bodyfat slowing him down. Hes not as fast as plant. How many world class sprinters are fat?

    I can see what you`re getting at in terms of combo speed but his reflexes and head movement don`t look as quick.

    Yes you are right overall, but Andy clearly has tge fastest hands at HW and he is massively overweight.
