Not sure how many people really give a **** about Wlad or even Sergio. You might want to replace them with one of the big Mexican superstars; JMM, Canelo Alvarez, JCC Jr.

Even Mosley still has some name appeal these days. Not too many giant stars in boxing today though.... outside of the obvious names of Pacquiao and Mayweather the landscape looks prety bleak.

JMM i would understand to an extent

But Canelo and JCC jr??! :patsch The average casual boxing fan doesnt even watch fights under MW, if your name isnt PBF or Pac.
Those guys are only known to the mexicans

The Mexican fanbase is huge in this industry my friend, and EVERY Mexican sports fan knows who those two are.

World wide considerations, in no particular order.

    Pacquiao
    Klitschko's
    Mayweather
    Hopkins/Khan

Just like most of your lists, to this point anyway...

Every hardcore boxing fan knows who Wlad is but you can't say the same about the casual boxing fan. Sure, he sells big over in Eastern Europe, but outside of that you can't find too many casual fans who recognize who the top man at heavyweight even is. In fact, most casuals probably remember Vitali moreso than Wlad because of that war he had with Lewis all those years ago which was the highest rated HBO boxing telecast at the time (not sure if it still is)

Not too sure about Sergio actually. I know that a few latinos do recognize the name but since he's not Mexican or Puerto Rican his fanbase probably isn't as wide and varied as it might otherwise be had he been of those other two nationalities.

Hops definitely demands a lot of respect. He basically forced himself onto the landscape with his big upset wins and longevity. Can't argue with him being on the list.

As far as most internationally well known top fighters goes, I'd say:

    Pac
    May
    Mosley
    Klit's
    Hopkins

    pacquiao
    mayweather

    JMM

H.M's to kahn JCC jnr, Mosley, hopkins, Jones Jnr, Morales, haye.

delahoya could come out of retirement and go straight to no1

How the hell has JMM lost his value? I'm positive that his name is probably more recognized today than it has ever been.

And the small fact that Chavez Jr. is the son of the biggest name Mexican fighter of all time is still a very big deal in Mexico. You're gonna have to trust me on that. Although Canelo might have taken over the position recently because he's the new flavor of the month.

I'd equate biggest names to drawing power / fanbase. Sergio is not in the top 5 for me.

    For me:

    Pac
    PBF
    Cotto
    Wlad
    Vitali
