    Historically speaking it's Ted Kid Lewis and then everybody else.

    Welterweight is not a division that us Brits have generally made a huge impact on at world level except for Lloyd Honegan's monumental win over Donald Curry. Other than that...

    Davey Boy Green
    Colin Jones
    Ricky Hatton
    Kell Brook...

    Jones was probably the best of those. Would you pick Ricky Hatton or Kell Brook to have beaten Donald Curry or even Milton McCrory?

    Funny enough I watched Colin Jones Milt McCrory 1 the other day. I haven't watched it for a few years now. Colin was known as a banger but look how good he is at slipping, parrying and blocking shots on his way in bearing in mind McCrory was quite a sharpshooter as well. I was very impressed. Very good fighter. I'd add to that cutting the ring off,
