Who are the Best NON-HYPED and "Under the Radar" Prospects to watch???

He was very hyped by the commentator in his last bout (the last bout I saw anyway)...I don't know who the commentator was, but he was making reference to Pacquiao I believe, and multiple other references that the guy clearly isn't ready for. I've never heard a commentator so excited and non-neutral during a bout.

 

No, not a prospect but he's 'under the radar' and there is never any talk about him. Partly because of the unattractive weight he fights at I would imagine even though the likes of Calderon have ad more exposure.

 

Stephen Smith could go places if he can pick up some good experience at British/European level, or even a couple trips to America over the next couple years.

This was his last bout, not the most convincing victory...in fact I had the bout a draw. But it was his 11th bout, and first time through 12 rounds...this bout will no doubt help him though.

He's had a decent amateur career...and still hasn't fully developed a pro style, but could be one to watch. He's not hyped, and very "Under the Radar" compared to some boxers under Frank Warren.

Thats way of base. Smith is nothing special at all, not even on the domestic scene.

 

I didn't say he was special, he has talent but lacks experience.

 

The Cuban's in ireland maybe

 

I dont even think he is particularly talented to be honest, he is too upright, lunges with his punches, holds far too much and spoils his own work, Smith is basic imo.

Rhys roberts has talent, potential, and is under the radar.

 

Williams has the goods. I live in Houston and have been following his career. Overall some great prospects on your list.

 

I watched a lot of his bouts as an amateur, the guy does have talent. The highlighted is basically what made his last bout so close...the straight right was working a treat for him early, but he wasn't throwing it often enough. He got drawn into his opponents type of bout, and hopefully he'll learn from this.

 

Robert Helenius at heavyweight. He has top end power, good size, and good skills. I'd like to see him develop his jab and footwork a little more but he could be a post Klitschko champ.
