what does that have to do with anything? Should Sugar Ray Leonards be the only valid opinion on this forum?

nope just don't think he can be classed as a big ticket seller. his last fight was not a sell out, anybody watching the fight could tell you that there were a ton of empty seats. Martin Gethin is from Walsall, his opponent was from close by.

His career is being poorly managed. he should be headlining cards at the LG Arena, but he is fighting at Walsall Town Hall.

thats a fair point. but if your a big ticket seller you don't main event at a 1800 seat town hall.

Bellew, Frampton, Groves main event in Areans.

Trust me, ***** has no faith in him. Put FG in the NIA and he'd probably sell it out. His popularity in B'ham is incredible.

poor promotion indeed. Gavin should be a superstar. But his career has gone at a snail pace. in fairness to frank most of that his been Gavin's fault, but now he is being let down. why doesn't have have a fight scheduled?

Struggling to find an opponent, looking to be out early April, Bundu is defending the European title against Jackiewicz then, so the Europeans out and they seem to be struggling to find an opponent for the British, despite making several offers to fighters, including Denton Vassell. The Walsall show was a sell out, snow meant that alot with tickets couldn't make the show.

No way would he. First, Birmingham isn't a big boxing city and second, he sells to boxing and a few football fans. He comes nowhere close to getting the crossover that, say, Hatton had in Manchester in his early days.

Comparing his to Hattons popularity is abit unfair. He is well known here but I don't think think his stock will get Eny bigger fighting on boxnation

Think Tom has sold about 100 for his debut in London and has sold 400-500 for the March 30th Bill at the Echo.
