Who are the biggest cheaters in the sport of professional boxing?

They knew how stupid boxing fans are and they took advantage of it... I don't blame Mayweather; he found a way to get out of a risky fight looking good doing it. I feel bad for Pacquiao who has had his image seriously tarnished. Not in the eyes of intelligent boxing fans, just in the eyes of the idiots, which just so happens to be 90% of the boxing fan base.
