As far as Floyd goes...The only chance for it to happen is to move up in weight. That's why everyone wants him to fight Martinez or Williams, but only at 160lbs. If they had it there way (ESB Posters) they'll want those fights at 175lbs. There are a long list of fighters that can EASILY beat Pacquiao. But can anyone answer this question: "Pacquiao has 54 fights, yet has NO FIGHTS with a World-Class, Top-Notch, Elite-Level BOXER WITH SPEED ATHLETICISM AND DEFENSE. It's all a bunch of SLOW, BRAWLING, AGING, DAMAGED FIGHTERS WITH NO DEFENSE....OR IN THE CASE OF CLOTTEY, A LOW WORK-RATE. Hell, I threw more punches than Clottey did that night, and I was in my Living room. Nobody finds that even just a little peculiar or odd that he's always matched against the same kind of kind of fighter, and never placed in the ring with a "CERTAIN" kind of fighter?

In fact, as said by Arum and Roach, if the Mayweather fight doesn't happen, they are looking at Margarito or the Foreman/Cotto winner...WHAT A SHOCK!!!!

i AGREE with your post. I have said it for years now. Barrera, Morales, and Marquez are great boxers but not what I would call slick, fast, and defensive boxers. My question now is, is it Arum, or Pacquiao camp itself that continues to stay away from these type of boxers?

Well, he did beat Malignaggi, so that's pretty much the same as Pac and Mayweather. He's already proved he's capable of taking those guys on.

Ok well if SO MANY of these unnamed fighters are so dangerous for Pac, why aren't they being brought up to fight him?

If they are good enough to beat him, it would probably make for a good fight to see.

    Well Said Bigreg.

The fighter I have grown to have MAD RESPECT for is JMM. Any and All kinds of fighters...He doesn't give a ****!!! He stepped in the ring on several occasions with fighters knowing he didn't have the reach or speed advantage...from John, Gainer, Cassamayor and Mayweather. And I remember watching the Pac/JMM fight think...Damn, JMM is tagging Pacquiao without a jab. Simply Counter-punching the hell out of him ALL NIGHT LONG.

And for these Posters (Pac-Fans and Floyd-Haters) to think Pacquiao would just walk right through any and everyone he faces based on...Beating Hatton, Oscar, Cotto and Clottey...REALLY? It's even more ridiculous listening to these Khan fans who think he'll beat Alexander and Bradley just because he looked good against "PILLOW-PAWS" Malignaggi...REALLY?

No one can currently beat FMJ or Pac @ 147, IMO.

Obviously, JMM is still floating around...

Maybe if Pac went down to 140lbs, Tim Bradley could give him a good fight.

Same applies to Mayweather, moving up to 154 for Williams (I don't think Williams at 147 would be as effective, its not a healthy weight for him these days).
