Pacquiao, a real 154 lbs fighter like Williams or Martinez. perhaps a slick boxer like Bradley or Alexander would give him trouble.

Mayweather, Martinez or Williams and that's about it.

From 147 and downwards, nobody stands a chance, guys like Alexander, Bradley and Khan would get raped. At 154 Martinez has a shot, and the ridiculous height advantage of Williams would give him a shot. They would both still be clear underdogs.

You make a lot of good points in your post. People rarely comeback with good arguments to your points. Keep up the good post.

If you're talking about cherrypicking opponents then you can accuse Mayweather of the same

Sure. If you suffer from mental defect like most Pac fans.

Mayweather fought EVERY fight that made sense. Nobody with any knowledge of boxing history can make an argument otherwise if they examine the facts.

I don't see Manny Pacquiao fighting at 160 so I won't include any Middleweights for him.
At 140 who would I favor? No one. Who could beat him?
Timothy Bradley, Amir Khan & Devon Alexander.
At 147 who would I favor? Mayweather and Shane Mosley.
Who could beat him Andre Berto.
At 154 who would I favor? Sergio Martinez*
Who could beat him? Paul Williams* & Yuri Foreman
*Also fights at 160 fight would be at 154.
I don't see anyone who has the in ring skills/abillity fro 140-160 to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. I think that if he loses it will because he went up too far in weight. I also don't see him fighting at 140 gain so light welterweights are not included.
At 147 who do I favor? No one
Who has the best chance? Pacquaio (but I'd pick Mayweather to win)
At 154 who would I favor? No one.
Who could beat him? Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams & Yuri Foreman
At 160 would I favor? No one
Who could beat him? Sergio Martinez & Paul Williams.

I've said it before too. Pacquiao is too much of a banger to fight Shane. And he's not a true welterweight, imo, either. And it would show against Mosely.
