Who Are The Fighters Perceived To Be Better Than They Actually Are?

Is De La Hoya wanted a Mosley rematch sooner he would have gotten it. De La Hoya is pretty much the only fighter in the boxing that can get what ever fight he wants.

Then Margarito should leave Arum. He should remember when he was the so called "most feared man in boxing" and couldn't get a fight. **** it was less then a year ago.
