    I agree another reason why polls like these have no credibility. Dawson and Williams have proven themselves and beaten better fighters but have far more votes than Linares a guy who has never beaten anyone of note.:-(

    Nah, it's just a very clear and definite pattern Cotto has shown throughout his career. If his opponent keeps coming forward undaunted, Cotto starts back up and retreating.

    Cotto earned his stripes, although the KO prediction was ridiculous as it was obvious he couldnt hurt Margo. Pavlik was annointed as the next coming of "Sugar Ray Joe Louis Jesus Moses Christ" and for somewhere isn't mentioned much around here. :lol:

    Bull****, you voted for Hatton and the guy has clearly PROVEN himself. You talk about Hatton getting "exposed" by Collazo?? Hatton won the fight. Dawson got "exposed" by Glen Johnson then, right? Also, you're shitting on Linares because he's never "beaten anyone of note" - give the ****ing kid some time. You're purely HATING on the fighters you don't like, and using paper thin logic to try and defend the guys you do.

    Not so cut and dry. And "gutless" is more an interpretation, not my actual view. I actually think Cotto has been somewhat wise in some of those situations, not all, but some of those situations.
