The thing about Curry as well is that he's so fluid and smooth that he seems to be moving at normal speed.

He kinda reminds me of grant Hill in Basketball, so graceful that he seems to be just gliding out there.. When I saw him with the Pistons at MSG live, this guy was literally the fastest guy on the court..the game was too easy and natural for him...too bad for the injuries.

I wished I could have seen Curry live, Im sure it would have been the same experience. What ruined him I believe is his constant weight draining to remain at 147...It would have served him better to move up at 154 earlier...I remember the Honeygan fight..he looked so frail..really the beginning of the end and was never the same..

Truly one of the greatest amatuers of our time (400-4?? )who would have been a star had teh US participated in the 80 Olympics

But what I say still applies, no fighter is ever unbeatable. You can't say up until this point..etc.. the guy got starched by a Journeyman and 2nd tier opposition in Tarver, whether he was past his prime or not. People are quick to criticise Leonard's losses to Norris to Camacho, well...Jones was never unbeatable.

    Mayweather
    Jones
    De La Hoya
    Hopkins
    Lewis
    Morales
Bowe (His prime was like 2 years, but it looked promising) lol

BTW...why do people consider Roy Jones "far and away" more superior than Mayweather. If you think he's better...ok, that's fine, but why do some consider Mayweather not to even be on his level. Yes, Roy appeared unbeatable at 168, but Floyd was unbeatable at 130. He was an absolute monster at 130.

Then people mention that Mayweather could (no one actually knows for sure) be beaten by the likes of Duran, Leonard, Hearns, and Whittaker. Well all these guys outside of Hearns are top 20 ATG's IMO with Duran being top 5. Also, Hearns and Leonard started off their careers as Welterweights. That's four divisions higher than what Floyd intially stared at. If you use that same logic with Roy, then he isn't unbeatable H2H because that would put him amongst the other great heavyweights.

I love both of them, but I don't understand why anyone would believe that either Floyd or Roy were "far" superior to one another. Personally, I rate them fairly similar with Roy having the advantages in athletic skill and Floyd the advantages in Ring IQ and technical abilities.

I don't think either of them are half as unbeatable as most people think they are.

Ricardo Lopez was more unbeatable than both of them because he actually finished his career undefeated. But even Ricardo isn't unbeatable. It's a load of rubbish.

Good point. No fighter is truly unbeatable. That's why it kind of irks me when people say that there is no fighter that could beat Roy Jones H2H. Maybe he can beat most fighters H2H, but he could certainly loss too. Same case with Mayweather. Really this head to head **** is absurd anyway. It's like that computer fight between Balboa and Mason "The Line" Dixon. Who knows and who cares? It's completely hypothetical.
