Are you talking about Conor here, bro?

...Nate Diaz is a light weight. Conor McGregor fought at FW at the time but that was prior to the IV ban. Since the IV ban he hasn't fought at that weight. He cut a lot of weight to make FW. That fight was between two lightweights that didn't cut weight. And no one really has tune ups in MMA, that is a boxing thing. And he had a full camp while Nate didn't. Nate isn't even one of the best lightweights out there if you want to be real, and Conor still got defeated. The second fight he went through hell to get that win, against a guy that isn't even top 3 in that weight class! But Conor deserves to be on this list above of guys like Dominick Cruz LMAO.

And Matt Serra beat GSP in their first meeting. Is Serra better than GSP? Come on...

Why are you willing to call one skill and the other a lucky punch?

Ehhhhh. Why are no one mentioning Dominick Cruz? He is the P4P number ONE by a margin right now in the UFC. When Jon Jones gets back in the rankings, Cruz is 2nd. Demetrious is indeed a great champion, but the lack of quality in the flyweight division doesn't do him any good. Cruz have many great names on his recordlist. His wrestling, boxing and movement is just tremendous. Even after so many injuries, he came back and defeated TJ Dillashaw. Just one fight in more than four years, and his movement was still on point.

    1. Jon 'No Bones' Jones.
    2. George St-Pierre.
    3. Anderson Silva.
    4. Fedor Emelianenko.
    5. Dominick Cruz.
    6. Matt Hughes.
    7. Jose Aldo.
    8. Demetrious Johnson.
    9. BJ Penn.
    10. Cain Velasquez.

I think it is the injuries and his style. As far as legacy I put him below all of those guys on this list aside from Cain and Hughes.

Anderson Silva is the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

Jon Jones is excellent although he lost clearly to Gus and was seconds away from getting his arm snapped and losing
    To Belfort.

He was very lucky that night Vitor chose to let the submission go because he claim he heard Jones arm pop and didnt want to severly injure him.

Belfort compassion lost him that fight.

GSP hands down was another ATG.

Jon won the fight vs Gus. The majority of experts and MMA fans agree with that. The stats and the rules of the octagen clearly shows, that Jones won the fight.

But i can understand there is someone hating Jones that much, so in their eyes Gus won the fight. Based on the rules of the octagon, there is no possible way, that you can argue Gus won more than two rounds. If you score it for Gus, you don't judge after the rules of the octagon - and then it's hard to see the valid point.

Jones never lost a fight. He has one DQ vs Matt Hamill. A fight that shoul've been stopped way before the illegal elbows. Matt Hamill was banged up before the 12 to 6 elbows, and it was an absolute disgrace it was called a DQ.

I am impressed by Jones' resume. The youngest champion in the UFC history, and he has beaten the current paper champ Daniel 'double cheeseburger' Cormier, number 2 ranked, number 3 ranked, number 4, 5, 6 and 7 ranked + Rampage, Belfort, Machida and Sonnen.

I don't much like him as a person, but you have to mention Henderson as goat contender if he wins on Saturday. I doubt people like Jones will still be around at 46.
