Peter Jackson ,avoided by 3 champions.

Old Sonny Liston for rising Joe Frazier.
Sam Langford for Jack Johnson, after 1912, maybe earlier.

Saul Mamby, in his twilight years, capable of making any rising star look crap.

Burley, Williams , Marshall, Lytell, Chase , ect ,ect. Bobby Boyd and Eduardo Lausse both beat Fullmer , but seemed to cancel each other out and neither got title shots. Mr Thistle tells me that Bert Gilroy was jobbed, and he knows more about him than me.

Larry Gains should have got a title shot , but victim Carnera got it.

Likewise Lloyd Marshall flattened Mills, but Mills got the title chance.
Chris Byrd should probably have got a shot against Lewis but he was not a crowd pleaser and brought nothing to the party.

He may've gotten his titles but...McCallum. So good, yet so unnecessary for the best guys he wanted when he was a younger man.

Edit: Bumped? Dammit, ThinBlack! Doesn't anyone use the official SNV WAR bump GIF?
