    Wlad
    Hernandez
    Hopkins
    Ward
    Martinez
    Cotto
Pac (would be floyd if he was more active)
    Bradley
Marquez (not for much longer, rios takes that spot after beating abril)
    Uchiyama
    Gamboa
    Nishioka
Mares (not much longer, moreno takes that spot against de la rosa)
    Narvaez
    Jaro
    Solis
    Joyi.

That's from top of head, if I missed a division out let me know.

he had a WBA belt so I'm sure they would have stripped him eventually. Martinez only has the RING belt but even if that was somehow taken from him(hypothetically) he'd still be the man.

So if PAC beats Bradley he will be 4 division legitimate champion
since he already beat both Marquez and Cotto before?

This is probably the closest from 140 up.

    This right hurr. . .

I bolded the guys who are about to move up in weight, leaving a vacancy; I'll break down the potential champs for the open spots.

@ 118. Mares I believe is moving up to 122, so yeah, it'll then be Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno, who is an absolute TECHNICAL BEAST! Surgical precision in this one.

@ 126. Who knows what's going on with Gamboa. If he doesn't settle it up with Top Rank, he's likely to be sidelined for two years. Also, I think he's going to move up to at least 130 for his next fight. I think Chris John then becomes the rightful "true champ". . . It's arguable that he doesn't deserve it, Gamboa notwithstanding since he's been champ there for so long. . . But I think John is more worthy than Salido, and Caballero. . .

@ 135, Marquez is pretty much done at the weight. And Rios also said he's moving up to 140 after the Abril fight. So, I think it's pretty much a three-way tie between Burns, Miguel TITERE Vazquez, and Antonio DeMarco. But if Burns beats Mitchell in July, I'd say it's him cause that would be three straight victories over top 5-7 guys - Katsidis, Moses, and Mitchell. But these guys need to unify. . .

Now, in italics I have the guys who have crucial upcoming fights.
@ 175. Hopkins/Dawson on April 28th will determine if Hopkins remains champ, or Dawson takes it.

@ 154. If Cotto loses to Floyd, does FLoyd become the true champ at 154? With Floyd it's just so hard to predict when/where he'll fight. . .

He was champ at fly, fw and ww. His sbw run I need to consider in more detail. I don't think he was ever better than jmm at sfw or lw.

His lmw fight might as well have been a ww fight.
