They also dislike him for his Smack talk and his "swagga" The Heavyweight Division I personally tend to hate on this division because it is at the worst point in its history, but that does not mean that there cannot be interesting match-ups Admeck v arreolla, Peters v tua, Haye v kbros . . . etc. people tend to proclaim this divisions greatness or claim that LL was the GOAT to build up the Kbros. Joe Calzaghe I really do not dislike JC in fact I was starting to like him quite a bit after he beat the Hype job called Lacey and the Robot Kessler. It was not a until I started reading this board and started all the BS that was being written (he could KO Ali, he is the Goat, everybody ducked him, Bhop and RJJ where in their prime when they fought. I really hate to burst his backers bubble he was only a long time regional belt holder who could beat anyone in the region. Nobody on this side of the pond (fighters and fans) had almost no interest in the division during his day. I really cannot blame him for his career moves why take risks and lose his earning potential. Decent resume at best (yes he was the toughest kid on the block but he never fought the toughest fighters across town). Out of any elite fighter he had problem the worst fighting style. Opps there I go hating now Kbros see above except the Heavyweights are not regional (even though it is close to it with all the crap that is coming out of the USA lately) but it is in the weakest point ever with very little prospect for improvement. Mayweather Haters are by far the most irrational. He will not ever be able to beat anyone or do anything that would cause those guys to give him any credit. Some of them you would think had an encounter with Mayweather in which he ****ed their wife/girlfriend and its personal bad blood. Personally I don't understand how you could hate someone that much from afar.
Pac haters, so far I've heard everything from "Pac's on roids" to "Pac tried to have (some) mayor killed". All eaten up with any evidence proving either one.
Pac and Floyd both get a fair share of credit, just because you've got some immature idiots who can't give dogs their due in the ring, doesn't change that. Calzaghe gets disrespected almost every other week despite his stellar career because people have no clue who was who in the 168lb division during his prime, I voted for him because of the way he finished his career as much as anything Heavyweight division would be my second choice. I think the two fighters you've got dominating at the top would dominate near any era, including the Ali and Holmes era. They're bigger, they're arguably smarter and far bigger punchers. Wlad in his prime hasn't lost a round yet. You combine his height with speed, punching power and technique and it's hard to beat the guy.
They are all the same...the majority of them cannot have an unbiased debate. You will never change there mind or opinion on certain subjects. I am most aware of Mayweather's and Pacquiao's 'die-hard' fans as I am a fan of both boxers. But the same people having the same argument, over the same subjects is very boring...and no doubt this is going to continue for the next few months aswell. atsch
