Underrated to the public at large, or even fighters that don't get their due on boxing forums?

John John Molina. He had Good speed and footwork, applied smart movement and was just a tough out for everyone. Molina won a belt at 130lbs. Not sure if he picked one up later but he fought everyone. Gave young DelaHoya a nice lesson in being a tough pro and not folding.

Victor Callejas a brutal puncher at 122 lbs who was being called the next
Wilfred Gomez. Was never the same after 2 year layoff because of mangerical
and weight problems and was consequently destroyed by Jeff Fenech at 126 lbs.

I think that Tim Bradley is highly underrated on these forums.

in someways Hearns. I think Hearns is seen as great, but his losses to Ray and Marvin hurt his legacy more than they should. considering he knocked out Duran and Cuevas when they were both champs in those weights and he outboxed champions Benitez and Hill.. great boxers.. I think Pacman is underrated now a little. Losing to Floyd when Floyd waited all those years to fight a diminished Pacman hurt Manny more than it should have. Tyson is a little underrated now. the guy who fought from 1985 to 1988 was almost unbeatable.

I dunno what it's like for youse in your locals but for me if it ain't Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis, Foreman, Frazier, Ali, Toney, Hopkins, Jones, Floyd, or Pac they don't know them.

I once spoke with a black man about Grant and Ibeabuchi and such, and I once spoke with an old italian man who knew about Primo to Marciano HW history half decently.

So, that said, Wladimir Klitschko. I'm not a huge Wlad fan myself and honestly I think most forums and online boxing communities overrate him, but in general public America ain't no one ever heard of the decade long champ and that's pretty ****ed up underrating bull**** if you ask me.

Joe can come too. Get a man from Dixie to talk about Calzaghe. That's a ****in' diamond in the rough that is. They just don't know. Not even like Grant or somesuch where you get this " I think I remember, yeah" Just straight blank " I don't know that man" sort of ****.

Those two at least should be known in America.
