Who are the Olympic champions if pro boxing never exists?

    Assume that professional boxing just doesn't attract any talent (and that the obvious butterfly effect from this change doesn't apply.) As in Cuba and the Soviet Union, all great amateurs will remain amateurs instead of going pro.

    Starting with the first modern Olympics that included boxing in 1904, who would you expect to be the Olympic heavyweight champions?
